Sooo jealous, we don't get an ice cream van round where we live! It's so sad as I used to love them when I was little. Looks like it made someone very happy though :)
At the beach last week with a friend, the kids were nagging for ice-cream, to which we said, 'it's too cold, we're still in winter'...an old dear sat nearby spoke up and said, "you know you're getting old when you say it's too cold for ice-cream"...put us in our place, she was right, kids don't care how cold it is...it's ICE-CREAM so we all had one! Now the sun is out in Feb, even more of a reason to just have one! I reckon your daughter would agree!
Yum! I love sticking the flake deeply into the cone and then eating it gradually!
